.NET & Azure Modernization
Off unsupported runtimes, onto .NET 10, and AI-capable. We work in incremental, reversible waves while the legacy system keeps running. Engagements are fixed-scope with a defined deliverable: a two-week Modernization Assessment, an AI Readiness Sprint in your own tenant, or a fractional-architect retainer.

How does an engagement start?
A short call to understand the system and the deadline, then a written proposal with a fixed scope and a defined deliverable. Nothing is billed by the hour, and nothing starts before the scope is agreed in writing.
What happens to our legacy system while you work on it?
It keeps running. Modernization is delivered in waves rather than a big-bang cutover, and every step is incremental and reversible. If a wave has to be rolled back, the system returns to a known-good state.
Can you work alongside our existing engineering team?
Yes, and that is the usual arrangement. Your team keeps ownership of the system; we bring the .NET and Azure depth for the parts that need it, and we document as we go so the work does not leave with us.
Where are you based, and how does the timezone work?
Remote-first, delivered from India with senior accountability on every engagement. There is deliberate European-timezone overlap for calls; everything else is async by default. Clients are in the UK, EU and US.
Can you work with regulated data and sign an NDA?
Yes. NDAs are signed before any system detail is shared. For regulated environments we work inside your infrastructure and with private model deployment, so the data does not leave your boundary.
What if we only need an assessment, not a rebuild?
That is a normal place to start. An assessment produces a written picture of the estate and a prioritised plan, and it stands on its own — there is no obligation to continue into delivery.
