What we collect, and what we don't.

Vericodex is an independent software consultancy. This notice covers the personal data we handle through this website. It is short because we collect very little: there is no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind on this site.

Who is responsible

Vericodex is the data controller for the information described here. For anything in this notice, including any request to see or delete your data, contact founder@vericodex.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your company if you choose to give it, the audience you select, and your message. Nothing is collected automatically, and nothing is inferred about you.

We do not use cookies. We do not run analytics. There are no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, and no third-party fonts or scripts loading in the background. If you never submit the form, we never learn anything about you.

Why we are allowed to hold it

Our lawful basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR: you have contacted a business with an enquiry, and we have a corresponding interest in replying to it. We use your details for that reply and the conversation that follows, and for nothing else.

We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not send marketing, and we do not build a profile of you.

Who else sees it

Your submission is relayed to us by Formspree, which operates the form endpoint and passes the message to our inbox. If you book a call instead, the booking is handled by Calendly, which collects your name, your email address, and whatever you enter on its own booking page. Those are the only two third parties involved, and neither one loads on this site unless you choose to use it — the booking link is an ordinary link, not an embedded widget. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone else, and we do not transfer it onward for any other purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence while the enquiry is active and for 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up a conversation you return to. After that it is deleted. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it. Email founder@vericodex.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not ask you to justify the request.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to your national supervisory authority if you are in the EU.

Changes

If this notice changes materially, the revised version will appear here. It was last updated on 20 August 2026.
